Our Would Could Should
Shape Book

Activity:
The children made a class book that incorporated our weekly word study words (would, could and should) with the artistic style of Suse MacDonald..

• Along the top of a sheet of paper write: "Should you meet a strange shape, would you know what it was?" Leave room for the artwork. Along the bottom of the sheet write:
  "It could be a __________________________________."
• Have the children cut out any shape from colored paper. Ask them to think about what the shape might be. Glue the shape to the paper and complete the picture. The children then finish the sentence on the bottom.
