1. Fold over 2 inch edge of a full sheet of tissue paper and insert a 30" string in fold. Glue down the edge, making sure the string can still slide up and down.

2. Fold sheet of tissue paper lengthwise

3. Cut a fish shape on the open side and end side. Glue these edges with a glue stick. Decorate the catfish with diamond shapes for the scales, circles for the eyes and small strips for the whiskers using the glue stick.

4. Tighten the string and tie it, forming the mouth of the fish. Tie the string to a stick.
